<\/a>Yesterday I ran around here and there getting the parts necessary to make a couple bike repairs (including the horn) and other stuff to get some of Kim’s heavy lifting to-do’s accomplished.\u00a0 The horn works (you can still expect an occasional finger though) and Kim’s heavy lifting chores are mostly done.\u00a0 It is so great getting to visit with long lost friends but it’s time to go.\u00a0 On my way out of town I noticed this 4×4 VW Bug and had to get a shot of it.\u00a0 When I was taking the picture I noticed that the name of the town (hard to see in the background) is Ordinary; now that’s ironic.

<\/a>The ride up to Marshall, VA was fairly short even on the back roads.\u00a0 That was good because I COULD NOT WAIT to see my wife.\u00a0 I believe this is the longest we’ve been apart since we’ve been married.\u00a0 She is visiting friends in Marshall and attending a horse training clinic.\u00a0 The original plan was for her to bring her horse to the clinic and I would bring our dog with me on the bike then we would all drive\/ride back together.\u00a0 Her horse ended up injured but she still wanted to go to the clinic and visit her friends so she bought a plane ticket and took the dog.\u00a0 As you can see from the VW picture, it’s a good weather day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
