I left work early and met Bobbi at the Motel 6 in Chula Vista.\u00a0 We were going to Stay closer to the border in San Ysidero but Stephanie sad that was a BAD idea so I did a bit more research and found that the Chula Vista Motel 6 actually had roaming security 24\/7 (which is good when you have bikes parked outside) so I moved 6 miles north – thank you Stephanie.<\/p>\n
Bike unpacked and we were off to have dinner with the person that kept me from making a terrible mistake.\u00a0 After some instruction and note taking the girl at Mikes Cochina got the margarita order right the first time & the food was good too.\u00a0 On the way home we stopped at Pep Boy’s and got my can-o-spare then stopped by a liquor store for two bottles of Don Julio Blanco & some trash bags (multiple uses on the road).<\/p>\n
Back at the motel Bubba hadn’t made it yet so we were listening for a bike to ride up.\u00a0 Amazing how many “things” sound like a bike at that Motel 6.\u00a0 I got tired of running out to see if “that” was a bike or not.\u00a0 Then bobbi was saying – “that has to be a bike” It never was.\u00a0 We never heard Rich’s arrival, I called him to find out where the F#@% he was, and he was in the lobby getting his key.<\/p>\n
