Here are the pictures that prove we were actually in Mexico.\u00a0 The plaque in front of our bikes says this is the line.\u00a0 Hopefully that will be good enough proof that we started in Mexico.\u00a0 If not, I do have a video I took with the GoPro that I can send in.\u00a0 I’m also writing a ride log that I’ll try to post somewhere on line just in case you’re interested in more detail I’ll let you know.\u00a0 (look for The REST of the story…..)\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

As I said, I couldn’t believe what an ordeal this portion of the ride was.\u00a0 We got a 35 minute delay just past Harris Ranch for a vehicle fire & that was both of us riding up between the cars & trucks to get to the front faster.\u00a0 If Rich had brought his side car, it would have been two hours for sure.\u00a0 Then there is the speeding ticket story, better let Rich tell that one.\u00a0 More than once, I was sure we weren’t going to make it.\u00a0 We could have easily done it in 36 hours but wanted to try for 24 because after all, we are Insane & needed to prove it I guess…..<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>That was yesterday though & after a few hours sleep (could have been a couple more if the cops didn’t have to show up to end the domestic violence down the hall) we are ready to get back on the road today.\u00a0 Prince George is where we’ll likely be spending the night, possible construction could make the going slow but that should give me more time to take pictures along the way.\u00a0 For those of you that don’t know, that’s Mt.
